We do not currently offer a price matching policy.
Prices for similar or comparable products may vary between different sellers, marketplaces, websites, promotions, suppliers or countries.
If you find a similar product available elsewhere at a lower price, this does not automatically entitle you to a refund, partial refund, discount, price match or compensation.
If we reduce the price of a product after you have placed an order, we are not required to refund the difference.
This does not affect your statutory rights, including your cancellation rights, return rights, or rights if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

We currently intend to test and sell mainly to customers in the United Kingdom.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier delays, supplier processing, high order volumes, customs checks, incorrect delivery details, severe weather or circumstances outside our control.

10. Suppliers and Fulfilment
CreatorFlow may use third-party suppliers, fulfilment partners, shipping partners and fulfilment apps such as DSers to help process and deliver orders.

We remain responsible for handling customer support, returns and refunds in accordance with our policies and your statutory rights.
Delivery packaging, labels or shipping routes may vary depending on the supplier or fulfilment method used.
11. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

UK online customers usually have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you usually have a further 14 days to return the item.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with CreatorFlow, not Shopify.
By using our website, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for the sale, fulfilment, customer service, returns or refunds relating to products purchased from CreatorFlow, except where Shopify is providing its own services in accordance with its own terms.
