This policy explains how returns, refunds and our 30-day return policy work. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your Creator Flow Motion Kit must be returned in a suitable condition with all original included items.

You may open and carefully test the product, but it must not be returned damaged, heavily used, incomplete, or in a condition that prevents it from being resold or properly inspected.
We may refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the item has been damaged, misused, returned with missing accessories, or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or test it.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you are returning your item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you will usually be responsible for the cost of return postage.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning your item, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Your Right to Cancel
If you are a UK customer purchasing online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.
After you tell us that you want to cancel, you usually have a further 14 days to return the item.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different item or place a replacement order is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or receiving proof that you have sent it back.
Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to process and show the refund in your account.
