Thank you for shopping with CreatorFlow.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through our online store.

UK Delivery

We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom.

At this stage, we are testing CreatorFlow in the UK market and do not currently offer international delivery as standard.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after your order has been placed.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed during weekends or UK bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

UK delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take a few extra working days during busy periods, courier delays, stock handling delays, severe weather, high order volumes, bank holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you updated.

Delivery Cost

We currently offer free UK delivery on orders for the CreatorFlow Motion Kit.

Any available delivery charges or options will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

CreatorFlow is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details entered at checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has started processing or has been dispatched.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery, collection or next steps.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions and collect or rearrange delivery where required.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, refused, or could not be delivered due to incorrect details, we may need to charge for redelivery.

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or has an issue during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and any photos or evidence where relevant.

If the issue is confirmed to be our fault or the courier’s fault, we will help make it right in line with our Returns & Refund Policy and your statutory rights.

Delivery Responsibility

We remain responsible for ensuring your order is delivered to you.

If there is an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier or fulfilment partner where needed.
